processing & DOMESTIC SHIPPING timelines

Please allow 1-3 weeks for me to process your order. I’m a one (sometimes 2) person team, so I appreciate your patience in this!

You will get an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. You will receive a separate shipping notification e-mail once your order is on its way to you.

Your shipping option will affect the rate at which your order gets delivered to you once it leaves my hands, with untracked sticker mail being the slowest (1-3 weeks), USPS Ground being the middle option (3-7 days), and USPS Priority Mail being the quickest (typically 2-4 days).

international customers

International shipping for untracked sticker mail can take anywhere from 3-10 weeks. Tracked shipping, while more expensive, will arrive much sooner, usually within 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend tracked shipping to ensure your goods get to you. I will not be able to replace products if your package gets lost, as my stock quantities for the clearance sale are extremely limited. If your order includes stuff from the clearance section, you will only have tracked shipping options available at checkout, to save us both from the pain and headache of lost packages.

UK CUSTOMERS: You will be charged a 20% VAT fee at checkout, as online retailers are now responsible for remitting VAT to the UK if the order total is less than $180 USD.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT FEES & TAXES YOUR ORDER MAY INCUR UPON ARRIVAL. This will cause delays, so please monitor your package through the tracking number to make sure it doesn't get abandoned at customs or sent back to me. If it does get sent back to me, please contact me so we can figure out next steps.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except in very particular circumstances. However! If your package gets damaged or lost in the mail, or if you have any other issues with your order, please e-mail me so we can reach a solution. Lost packages do not include those lost due to being sent via untracked mail, or lost mail due to an incorrect delivery address.
